Unparalleled Structural Heart Simulations

EnvivoCor offers a novel and patented approach to structural heart simulation and research, revolutionizing medical device development and physician training. Leveraging MaxFi’s patented circulatory restoration technology, cadaver hearts are reanimated to mimic live cardiac function within a specialized mechanism. Key cardiac parameters such as stroke volume, heart rate, and time in systole are fully controllable, allowing for precise and realistic simulation.

The beating heart can be thoroughly examined using fluoroscopy, transesophageal echocardiography, and endoscopy. Convenient access is provided through ports into the aorta, superior vena cava (SVC), inferior vena cava (IVC), and pulmonary artery, accommodating sheaths up to 10mm in diameter. The heart valves function authentically, mirroring the behavior of a live heart.

Uniquely, the pressures during systole and diastole correspond accurately to the heart’s natural contraction and relaxation cycles, unlike other models that rely on positive intraventricular pressure, which causes unnatural ventricular expansion during systole. This model offers the most realistic and replicable simulator available, meeting all the needs of structural heart research and training.
